As some of you know, I am embarking on a new journey for 90 days called P90X. While I love the program and am seeing results, I still miss my running.
But alas, it will have to take a back seat until this 90 days is over. I have completed Week 1 -3 and I am on a lovely recovery week 4! I am still trying to run during the week when the P90X programs aren't so brutal, but it's still not the same.
I do not have energy for a long run on the weekend, and it's also not advised by the P90X trainers. So I am trying for once in my fucking life to listen to what I'm supposed to do, we will see what it gets me!

That's how I feel with the Triathlon Training. Don't get me wrong, I do think I will love this tri thing, but I miss running 3-4 times a week. However I don't seem to feel as beat up now, but I don't think you're getting off that easy.
