Still Friends After 26 Years!

Now that's a true friend who has known you since you were in 7th grade and still loves you! LOL

We've been through a ton together and have never even once had a fight. She is impossible to get mad at!

We don't see each other a lot, probably 4 times a year, but it doesn't matter. Anytime we go out we have a freaking blast together!

The Steeler game on Thursday night was no exception.

It's freezing out there! I've pretty much been a slug a week due to going to 2 late Steeler games in a matter of 5 days. So I was hell bent on getting a decent run in today. When I left the house it was 14 degrees.

When I came back from my run, there where ice balls all through my hair from where I was sweating...now that's cold!

Mother - Son Bonding

I got offered Steeler tickets at the last minute and Bobby had to travel to Tennessee yesterday. So me & Jeffrey went together.

First of all, I'm surprised that he still wants to go anywhere with me! LOL He didn't even wear a coat, that nutball. It was freeezing. I had long underwear on, under Armour, etc. and I was still cold.

But we had a blast and our seats were awesome. I am dragging some major ass today though.

I can't believe...

I'm running in a sweatshirt and track pants in Pittsburgh on November 15! I love it, but I know it's not going to last long! The weather is going to suck when I start hard core training!

Gray haired girl....

Ugh, getting old sucks!!!!! My hairdresser is out of town and I can't get colored until next weekend and I'm feeling pretty frumpy right now! My hair is like 4 different colors right now. Ew. How can she leave me at a time like this? LOL

Not much new on the home front...Bobby is coming home from Chicago today so that will be nice. He hasn't been travelling much lately and I'm used to him being home! But it was nice to hog the bed for the last few nights!

I did P90X Legs and Back this morning and am planning a 3 mile run at lunch. My weight has stayed the same for the last couple of weeks, but my jeans feel looser so I don't care.

Charlie - Two Months Later

He's doing great! Brayden just ADORES him. He is my new tool for waking Brayden up in the morning. Usually he yells at me, but he likes being woken up by Charlie kisses in the morning. P.S. Brayden is not naked, he just refuses to wear a shirt at home!

He has gained about 10 lbs. as you can see from the before and after picture! He is still going to obedience classes to keep him socialized. He tends to be very protective of his home, so we are trying to work with him on that. With us, he is the sweetest dog ever!

I did P90X Back & Biceps this morning. My tendinitis is killing me, but I fought through it. I plan on a 3 mile run at lunch, then doing Ab Ripper after work.
