I am officially on Week 6 of P90X so almost halfway through! I am definitely seeing results and hope to get better results in the next 6 weeks. I wore a swimsuit for the first time this year yesterday, and definitely felt better in it than last year, even though my weight is basically the same. The scale is a liah! LOL
Did P90X Chest, shoulders and triceps this morning (56:13, 212 calories), will be running 3 miles at lunch and will be doing Ab Ripper after work. This should put me at 6 AP's for the day.
I hate Mondays! Especially after a busy weekend. My honey is in Brazil until Saturday on business, I hate when he's out of town on the weekends.

Whohoo Kel on seing a body difference on the suit. Syo you are officially 1/2 the PX90. You are doing great with it. Looking forward to the results show.

I'm taking progress pics this time too. I think it helps me realize that wrorking out and eating right really do make a differnce no matter what the scale says.
Whatever Ab Ripper is, it sounds painful. WTG for sticking with it.
